1. Protection Revolution of Precision Injection Molding

KAIBOLE uses advanced injection molding equipment to precisely combine engineering plastics with metal terminals, and under precise and strict control, creates a seamless protective layer for the connector. Through mold flow analysis and optimization of gate design, special engineering plastics such as PA66 and PBT are evenly wrapped, so that the product reaches IP67 waterproof grade. In the application of high-voltage wiring harnesses for new energy vehicles, this protective layer can withstand high temperatures of 150°C and chemical corrosion, ensuring the stable operation of the 800V high-voltage system.

2. Quality Code of Intelligent Manufacturing

The workshop is equipped with an MES system to monitor injection molding parameters in real time, with mold temperature controlled at ±1°C and injection pressure accuracy of 0.1MPa. Through in-mold hot runner technology, the production time of each mold is shortened by 15%, and the defect rate is controlled below 0.3‰.

3. Scenario-based solution customization

In response to the bending requirements of industrial robot harnesses, we developed a TPU flexible injection molding process, which allows the protective cover to withstand more than 2 million bending tests.
